I have also worked in Switzerland for 3 years in a Resturant (as baker and Pizza-man) . In Arezzo, italy i have worked in a 3 stars Hotel called Le 3 fonti .Lately i have been working in Il Cantuccio restaurant near florence (i’m working their since 2007) . i have been always working with wood -fired ovens .
